This Privacy Policy explains how MoatPulse handles information when you visit moatpulse.com.

MoatPulse is currently a pre-launch informational website. It does not offer user accounts, paid services, comments, or an email sign-up form.

Information processed when you visit

Information you provide

MoatPulse does not currently ask you to submit personal information through this website.

If you contact us directly by email or through a social media platform, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, and message.

Technical hosting information

The website is hosted using Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google. When you access the website, Firebase Hosting may process technical request information, including your IP address, to deliver the website, detect abuse, maintain security, and provide service usage information.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use, or intend to use, Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website performs for visitors. Cloudflare collects real-user performance measurements through a lightweight JavaScript beacon.

The information may include page-load and Core Web Vitals measurements, the page path, referrer, country, device category, browser, operating system, and navigation type.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage for these measurements and is not used by MoatPulse to build individual visitor profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.

Why we process this information

Technical information is processed only to:

• deliver the website and its content;
• protect the website against abuse and security threats;
• identify errors and performance problems;
• understand aggregate website usage; and
• improve the reliability and usability of MoatPulse.

Where this information constitutes personal data, the processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the website.

Cookies

MoatPulse does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling cookies, or third-party marketing pixels.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, localStorage, or similar client-side identifiers to collect its usage metrics.

Service providers

Social media links

The website contains ordinary links to MoatPulse profiles on services such as Instagram, Threads, and X.

When you follow one of these links, you leave moatpulse.com. The relevant social media provider may then process information under its own privacy policy. MoatPulse does not control those external services.

Data retention

MoatPulse does not currently maintain a database of landing-page visitors.

Technical data processed by Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare is retained according to their applicable service settings, contracts, and retention policies. Firebase states that Hosting retains incoming request IP data for a few months.

Direct correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations.

International processing

Google and Cloudflare operate global infrastructure. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, subject to the safeguards and contractual protections used by those providers.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request:

• access to personal data concerning you;
• correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• deletion of your personal data;
• restriction of processing;
• portability of data you provided;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and
• withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for your country. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

MoatPulse is a financial research product intended for adults and professional users. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this landing page.
